IceCream Screen Recorder is a screen capture and screencasting tool. It is designed to take screenshots and make high quality video recordings of everything you see when you look at your computer screen. It is an excellent program for someone who likes to record videos while playing games, and it is also helpful to people who are recording video tutorials and instructions.

The application is very easy to use. From the icon in the system tray or using hotkey combinations, you can quickly take screenshots or record a screencast of what is happening on your screen. It is possible to define the area of the screen you want to capture; it can be a custom region, the entire desktop, or any active part of your desktop. You can also choose the output image/video format, set the video quality, enable sound recording, among other options.

IceCream Screen Recorder comes with a number of tools that let you enrich and enhance your captures with graphics, text, drawings, and annotations. If you want to share your screenshots, the app can instantly upload them to the web, generating URLs that you can post on social media and share with anyone. The application also supports hotkeys for the most frequently used actions, and lets you configure your own key combinations.

By downloading IceCream Screen Recorder, you are accessing the locked version that only allows for a 10-minute time limit video recording. In addition, you can only save your video files in the webM format. The unlocked version of IceCream Screen Recorder, Screen Recorder PRO, costs a one-time fee of $29.95 and among other options, lets you save screencasts in MKV, MP4, and webM.
